Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-08-03T07:00Z ( GOES: CCOR-1 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2025-08-03T07:00:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
GAP: Data gap
Source Signature Keyword:
FIL: Filament eruption
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
J: Jet
Note: Narrow and faint half-loop CME to the East in GOES CCOR-1, covered by the ongoing unplanned outage in SOHO and by the usual STEREO A COR2 data gap. Its most likely source is a relatively minor filament eruption seen on/beyond the E limb as ejecta emerging from beyond the E limb at 2025-08-03T05:42Z in SDO AIA 304 and as movement/opening of field lines on/behind the limb in SDO AIA 193, located at an apparent latitude of about S05.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type

Due to a data gap in STEREO A COR2 imagery, a triangulated measurement was not possible. The measured longitude may vary slightly as a result. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)

Plane-of-sky parameters are likely close to the 3D parameters since the source is an east limb eruption on/or behind the limb. Not modeled 2025-08-03T21:20Z Anna Chulaki on 2025-08-03T21:20Z
